Bothell Homes For Sale
Welcome to Bothell for a day, or a lifetime
Bothell is a Seattle Metropolitan city located in Snohomish County. The population of just over 36,000 will be enough for you to make new friends near your new home, but not so much that you feel like a tiny drop in a massive sea of people. The below average population number will leave the city’s hotspots lively, but not overcrowded.
Bothell offers many activities for both visitors and residents. You can have plenty of outdoor fun while paddleboarding with equipment from Whats SUP, which has a 4.5/5 rating from Tripadvisor.com. If you want to stay dry, then take a trip to Blyth Park, which also earned a 4.5/5. It’s perfect for sightseeing, walks, and even jogging. If you’d like to go inside for fun, then Bothell has plenty of great bars and museums.
This Seattle Metropolitan city has high rankings from various sources. Areavibes.com gave Bothell A’s in amenities and housing. Safewise.com listed Bothell as one of the safest cities in Washington, and The Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) gave the city the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for wise use of government money. With all these accolades, it’s hard to believe that the median house price is around $500,000.

ie. This is exactly why this feature make
Bothell is a wonderful place to start a family. Safewise.com agrees, and so does Greatschools.org, since Bothell’s educational system earned an 8/10. However, some schools received all ten points, like Lockwood Elementary, Bothell High, and Cedar Wood Elementary.
Lockwood Elementary is a public school full of students skilled in the areas math, science, and English. The test scores ranked well above the eightieth percentile, an average of over twenty-three percent more than the state’s median test score.
Bothell High has students proficient in math, English, and especially biology. Their math and English scores were over twenty percent higher than average, but the biology grades came in at an astonishing ninety-four percent when the expected grade was a low C.
Bothell High is not the only school full of scientifically gifted children. Cedar Wood Elementary scored an impressive ninety-five percent on their science tests. Their scores for the standardized math and English test were in the B-plus and A-minus range.
Kids can learn on the weekends too. The whole family can visit the Bothell Historical Museum, which celebrates the city’s history. Of course, the kids might be fidgety from sitting in school all day, which may call for a visit to the Elevated Sportz Indoor Trampoline Park. Your kids can jump everywhere, and no one will mind if your kids are bouncing off the walls, that’s what the place is for!
